This year the Chesapeake Jubilee is going to be better than ever with country music legends Lonestar there to celebrate on the final night!
Lonestar has reunited with their original lead singer Richie McDonald and they’re celebrating a new album with a 90 date tour. One of those stops is the Chesapeake Jubilee! Lonestar goes on stage at 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 22.
On Saturday night the Jubilee will feature award-winning reggae band Third World. BlackWhiteBlues featuring Girls’ Night Out performs on Friday night.
Chesapeake Jubilee begins at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 19 with the Kiwanis Shrimp Feast. Rides only are open on Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. Hours are from 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, and from Noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 22. The Jubilee returns to Chesapeake City Park, 900 City Park Drive off Greenbrier Parkway.
