“We are excited to bring so many popular stores to our community,” said General Manager Jim Wofford. “rue21 is a must-visit destination for young shoppers and Piercing Pagoda is a favorite stop for jewelry selections and expert piercing services. Visionworks offers our shoppers and guests even more designer eyewear options. 8 Below Ice Cream serves mall guests ice cream in an innovative way. And we are already hearing that people are very happy to welcome Cinnabon to the center; their famous cinnamon rolls are a favorite.”
Piercing Pagoda will open in August, rue21 in mid-September, Cinnabon after that, 8 Below in the food court in October and Visionworks in November.
The mall in Downtown Norfolk is already home to more than 140 stores.
