Nauticus Fantail Film Festival will celebrate the release of Harper Lee’s long-awaited second publication Go Set a Watchman by screening the 1962 film based on her first masterpiece, To Kill a Mockingbird.
The film will show at 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, onboard the Battleship Wisconsin.
To Kill a Mockingbird, released in 1962, won three Oscars, including Best Actor for Gregory Peck. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the Nauticus Fantail Film Festival may be purchased from Nauticus admissions, and no advance reservations are required. Please bring your own camp chairs. Concessions will be available for purchase. In the event of rain, To Kill a Mockingbird will be shown in the Nauticus Theater.
