Virginia Living Museum Connects Art with Nature

The Virginia Living Museum is connecting art with nature with Nature Connects: Arts with LEGO Bricks. The exhibit features giant sculptures made from LEGO bricks that bring nature to life.

Designed by artist and children’s author Sean Kenney, the works of art include a six-foot hummingbird hovering over a trumpet flower, a deer family made from 84,000 bricks, a giant tortoise, a seven-foot long dragonfly, and much more.

Also the VLM will be hosting LEGO demonstrations and building contests in conjunction with the exhibit. Check out their website for more information about those events.
