Norfolk Police Hope to Bridge Gap with Community through Forums

The Norfolk Police Department hosted an anti-bullying, gang awareness and gun violence forum on Saturday. The goal of the event is to bridge the gap between officers and the community. Also officers hope to educate the community on the services they offer.

The event is the second of three forums with the next one on September 10. It is scheduled to take place at the Lambert’s Point Community Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The forums are free and open to the public.
