Swirl, paint and sip to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research at the grand opening of Pinot’s Palette in Ghent this Thursday July 14 at 7 p.m.
I attended the soft opening last week with some friends and had an absolute blast. It was so much more than a painting party. The instructors are all local artists and they certainly love to entertain. The vibe was super fun. At one point of the evening, we had an impromptu karaoke party. We sang, we danced, we painted! And the best part, whether you dabble in painting or haven’t picked up a paint brush since elementary school – you too can create a masterpiece!
Looking for a place to host a creative private party? Pinot’s Palette has you covered. They have a private studio that accommodates up to 24 people any day of the week.
Right now, classes will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Class fees include all art supplies, canvas, instruction and two glasses of wine.
- $45 for a 2 hour class
- $55 for a 3 hour class
Pinot’s Palette is located at 240 W. 21st Street in Norfolk, right next to Michael Millard-Lowe Antiques. It’s the second location to open up in Virginia and the Ghent location is locally owned by Tracie and Sean Williams. All proceeds from the grand opening “Painting it Forward” celebration will be donated to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research.
Bring out the inner artist in you at Pinot’s Palette and check out the events calendar for a full listing of paint themes.
