ODU Wants to Hear Your Lambert’s Point Story

Old Dominion University wants your help in a project called Mapping Lambert’s Point. The project is collecting stories from past and present Lambert’s Point residents. Then the stories are embedding into a virtual map accessible online.

The project highlights the unique and important neighborhood of Norfolk. ODU believes no story is too small and that everyone’s matters.

During the launch event, Old Dominion is asking Lambert’s Point residents to come tell their stories. ODU President John R. Broderick and Associate Professor of African-American Studies, Dr. Michael Hucles, will be speaking as well.

Mapping Lambert’s Point is a collaboration between the ODU Institute for the Humanities and the ODU Department of Political Science and Geography.
