Make Chef Bob Hirasawa’s Cilantro Chile Lime Rubbed Top Sirloin Steak.
Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Tbls. Wild Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp. Chipotle Chile Powder or Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Wild Harvest Organic Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Wild Harvest Sea Salt
  • 4 each Wild Harvest Organic Grass Fed Top Sirloin Steaks
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic, chile powder, cumin and salt. Rub over steaks.
  2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Place steaks on grill.
  3. Grill, turning once, 7-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Remove from grill and season with salt to taste.
  5. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
