Scotty McCreery will perform his Norfolk debut at the Waterside District this Sunday Sept. 30 from 7-10 p.m. Tickets are free, but VIP party passes you a $10 Waterside District gift card and exclusive access to the pit of the show.
McCreery gained fame after his winning of American Idol at age 17 in 2011. His country music stylings have received positive acclaim, resulting in a certified gold and a certified platinum album. His album “Seasons Change” was released this past March and features the chart-topping hits “Five More Minutes” and “I Love You This Big.”
Stephanie Quayle, a country artist named “an artist to watch” by Rolling Stone will open the show.
This event will take place from 7-10 p.m. Around 1,000 people are expected to attend.
