There’s a party on Atlantic Avenue at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront this weekend and…it’s free!

For the first time, the Atlantic Avenue Association is hosting the free party on Saturday, Nov. 3 to benefit the Virginia Beach Surf and Rescue Museum.

Beginning at 2 p.m. on 24th Street, there will be a “fun zone” fit for families with games like cornhole, tiki toss and more. DJ Ty Street will be providing the sounds.

The beverage sales and free concert will start at 4 p.m., featuring performances by Cheap Thrills, Bennett Wales & the Relief and LittKeys.

In addition to the live music and activities, restaurants and businesses along the resort area will be offering special deals throughout the night.

You don’t want to miss the Projection Light Show at 6:30 p.m. This 15-story high spectacular will be projected on hotels adjacent to the park. The City of Virginia Beach posted a preview of the show to their Facebook.
