It’s that time of year! The Norfolk Botanical Garden’s annual event, The Million Bulb Walk, is back. This fall season teases of new light displays and added days to increase the already high fun factor.
The Million Bulb Walk features the Garden’s foliage wrapped, draped and dressed in beautiful light displays in preparation for the rising holiday season. It is perfect for families, a romantic walk with your significant other or a relaxing stroll to calm the mind.
Enjoy as the display flickers and dances to the tunes of holiday music. There will also be a newly animated fireworks display as a tribute to our military friends and family.
This popular event has been extended a longer period of time from last year’s 13 day run to 20 days. The walk will be available for guests to walk through and marvel the holiday display from November 10 through November 30 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This walk is included in the general admission of the garden. Show up at 4 p.m. before the sun sets and enjoy other attractions that the garden has to offer.
The rates are as follows:
Garden Members: $13
Children from ages 3 -17: $10
Children 2 & younger: Free
On opening day, November 10, every 10th military guest will receive free admission. All other military attendees, active and veteran, will receive a $2 discount through the full 21-day spectacular. In honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk Botanical Garden will be opening the Million Bulb Walk with a salute.
Don’t miss out on this wonderful holiday experience unlike any other in Coastal Virginia.
