LanternAsia Extended Through June 8

The stunning LanternAsia exhibition at Norfolk Botanical Garden was supposed to end this upcoming Mother’s Day Weekend, but due to popularity, the garden is extending its stay through June 8.

Gallery: LanternAsia 2018

More than 15,000 visitors experienced the display over the past two weekends alone. You don’t want to show up and discover it is sold out, so if you are planning a visit, it is highly recommended that you purchase tickets online, in advance. Keep in mind that LanternAsia is a rain or shine event and tickets are non-refundable.

LanternAsia first came to Norfolk Botanical Garden in 2016. This year, there are more than 35 new displays, although some of the most popular ones, like the 200-foot dragon, made a return.

In addition to the colossal illuminated works of art, guests are treated to live entertainment, including Chinese jugglers, acrobatic dancers and plate spinners.
