Lego Americana Roadshow Comes To Hampton Roads

The Lego Americana Roadshow has rolled up to Town Center in Virginia Beach. The Hampton Roads city is one out of only eight cities the Americana Roadshow will visit in 2018. The event showcases national monuments built by Lego Master Builders, a scavenger hunt, and much more family-friendly fun. The Roadshow will be in town until July 29.

This Saturday and Sunday from noon – 4 p.m. there is a “Make and Take” opportunity where kids will receive kits to build their very own monument. The kits are free while supplies last and Lego builders will be on hand to help.

There is a ton to do daily at the roadshow, including a Lego build tent and a scavenger hunt. Visitors can find a map for the hunt at the main Lego tent at Fountain Plaza or at any of the displays. If you visit each display and answer the questions you can receive special deals at local Town Center businesses. You can click here for more information and to see what deals are involved.

The Central Business District Association, which is in charge of entertainment at Town Center, says the Lego Americana Roadshow is an exciting event they are happy to bring to the community and this will not be the last of its kind.

The Lego Americana Roadshow is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. It’s in town until July 29 and then rolls out to Seattle.
