Local Theaters that Allow Costumes for “The Force Awakens” Premiere

With the release of “The Force Awakens” hours away, tonight is a big night for fans of the “Star Wars” saga. Fans lining up to see the film in-costume may want to check what local theaters are allowing as far as costumers and props.

A majority of the theater chains in the Hampton Roads area have the same policy when it comes to costumes. The theaters are allowing costumes and lightsabers, but are not allowing prop guns, masks and make-up.

Only the Commodore Theater is not allowing any costumes or props at their locations. Tickets for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” can be found at most local on Fandango.com.
