Nauticus Welcomes the ‘Royal Princess’ Cruise Ship

Nauticus welcomed the Royal Princess cruise ship and its 3,600 passengers to Norfolk on Tuesday.

The ship is the longest to ever dock at the center, sitting at 1,083 feet in length.

According to Princess Cruises’ website, Royal Princess is one of the most recent additions to their 17-ship fleet.

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, christened the ship after it was finished being built in 2013. According to their website, it will soon undergo a multi-million dollar program of refurbishments.
