Entrepreneurs, startups and innovators have a new, locally-owned, co-working space to utilize in Downtown Norfolk.

The Percolator opened up in MacArthur Center on Wednesday with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Norfolk Mayor Kenny Alexander was in attendance.

The 3,000-square-foot space features conference rooms, private offices, high-speed internet and events at the cost of a monthly membership fee.

This is the fourth campus for the Percolator. Their first location was on Granby Street and the other two locations are on Monticello Avenue.
