Suffolk has been on a roll this summer, from their summer concert series to a car show and farmers’ markets galore!
Before the kids head back to school, the Suffolk Public Library is hosting their grand finale carnival this Saturday, August 4 from 10 a.m to 2 p.m on at the corner of West Washington Street and Lee Street downtown.
There’s going to be a pie eating contest, talent show, petting farm and that’s just the beginning! You’ll also have the opportunity to see a library staff member get slimed in celebration of surpassing the library’s community summer reading goal of 8,000 books.
The Western Branch location of Southeastern Therapy for Kids will be onsite with information about speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy.
Southeastern Therapy for Kids offers free screenings, evaluations, therapeutic treatment and a collaborative approach for patients receiving multiple disciplines.
