Your NEON Fest, ETC, Dragon Boats Hampton Roads Weekend

It’s a full weekend with the summer almost officially done.

The Downtown Norfolk Council is celebrating local art with the 2nd Annual NEON Festival. You can get a taste of Italy Saturday and Sunday at Town Center.

The first clear-bottom kayaks in Hampton Roads will be debuting this weekend at Paradise Creek Nature Park in Portsmouth.
