Phoebus is a quaint yet vibrant area in Hampton and on Saturday they’re hosting their 55th annual Fall Festival.
This year’s celebration features handmade arts and crafts, children’s activities, and a pie eating contest, along with live entertainment, a doggie parade, and a costume contest. If you’re 21 and over you can also enjoy the craft beer tastings at the beer festival.
Phoebus events and Fort Monroe YMCA will also be out there collecting nonperishable items for the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank.
“There’s so much growth happening in Phoebus so they need to come and see what we have to offer everyday but especially during the fall festival. We have a wide variety of entertainment, craft beer. Our beer is coming from Hampton breweries so this is really a signature event for Hampton,” said Toni Williams, Business Development Coordinator for Phoebus.
Phoebus Fall Festival is happening this Saturday at 212 East Mellon Street from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.. Admission is free but if you want to partake in the beer festival, admission is $30.
