Hampton Roads’ First Hard Cidery Opening

You don’t have to travel to the beautiful Blue Ridge to taste some delicious hard cider anymore…it’s right here, in Hampton Roads!

Sly Clyde Ciderworks, located in the Phoebus area of Hampton, is officially opening their taproom on Saturday, Aug. 25 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The Tidewater area’s first cidery, according to the company’s website, will feature a variety of ciders including a classic cider, a dry-hopped cider, a gose-style cider and more.

Their regular taproom hours will be Tuesday and Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can find them on E. Mellen Street.
