Saturday – Sunday | New Exhibition: “Another Look: Marine Photography from 1948-1972 | Mariners’ Museum and Park
Join local photography clubs in viewing photography collected from 1948 through 1972. This retrospective exhibition will explore man’s connection to the ocean.

Saturday- Sunday | Give Me Liberty | Hampton History Museum
The groundbreaking exhibition “Give Me Liberty: Fugitive Slaves and the Long Revolution Against Slavery” explores the lives of over 30 fugitive slaves from Hampton.

Saturday – Sunday | Ice Age Weekend at the VLM | Virginia Living Museum
Warm up indoors at the Virginia Living Museum with cool displays of Ice Age artifacts, live animal shows, and themed hands-on activities including “blubber science,” a scavenger hunt, and more.



2 p.m. | World of Pets Expo | Hampton Roads Convention Center
Bring your pets along for a family event of shopping, adopting and much more at The World of Pets Expo. There will be educational opportunities, shows and exhibitors all the better to learn about your pets. 


1 p.m. | Live Nightly Entertainment at Grain | Grain Norfolk
Check out Norfolk’s only rooftop beer garden for some live, nightly entertainment.

8 p.m. | Laser Tribute | Pretlow Planetarium
Laser Tribute pays homage to great artists like John Lennon, Freddie Mercury and Elvis Presley whose music has touched and inspired us all.

1:30 p.m. | Dharma Yoga with Jen Helgren | Tribal Yoga

1 p.m. | Storytelling with Dylan Pritchett | The Mariner’s Museum and Park
A native of Williamsburg, Virginia, Mr. Pritchett has been a full-time storyteller, taking his African and African-American folktales to over a hundred schools annually throughout the country. Drawing on his experience in historical African and African-American research, he has created a presentation “Scraps of History” which uses real documents from the 18th and 19th centuries to weave African and African-American history into the fabric of the American past.
